Uncompromising and uncomplicated, trucup low-acid coffee is a whole new category of coffee.

Richly pungent scorched cedar, cardamone-like spice, and, particularly in a cup, a pleasant hint of dark chocolate. Lean mouthfeel with some silkiness. The chocolate hint carries into a rather sweet, rich finish.

An ultra-dark roast for acidity-avoiders that retain some sweetness and chocolate despite the rigor of the roast.

This coffee has been treated to reduce acids and the acidity sensation that may create gastric discomfort in some people. The acid-reduction procedure is applied to the coffee in its green state, before roasting and is entirely "natural", meaning only hot water and steam are used. The acidity sensation is further reduced in this particular coffee by relatively dark-roast.

This exceptional coffee has been patented and sold in Europe since 1930.
